Shipping

  • Standard shipping via USPS/FedEx is currently free for all orders over $99.99 before tax and after discounts within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico).
  • Flat-Rate Shipping of $9.95 applies to all orders under $99.99.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping for $25 to AK, HI, & PR via USPS Priority Mail. 
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday 7am to 2pm CST (excluding holidays)
  • All orders placed before 2:00PM CST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00PM CST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Typically, you should receive your order in 5-7 business days.
  • Tracking information will be provided upon your order leaving our facility.

Waxberg's has partnered with Route insurance to offer coverage of your orders, please refer to your Route email confirmation with instructions on filing a claim. If you decided to opt-out of Route insurance, Waxberg’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we do advise you to reach out to our customer service team; they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package!

Returns & Replacements

Our policy is as follows:

  • We appreciate returns that are unworn or damaged but realize that there are exceptions. We ask that returned shoes are complete in their original packaging. When returned, a refund or exchange will be given back in to the original payment method.
  • We also appreciate if returns are sent back within 30 days upon purchase or within 6 months for damaged items.
  • Factory defective returns are accepted up to 6 months after purchase and will be given a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping/insurance charges for original purchase are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping charges involved in returning merchandise for credit or exchange. Collect shipments and collect phone calls will not be accepted.
  • There are no Refunds or exchanges of Sale or Clearance items with a price ending in $.90 or $.97. Clearance Sale items are FINAL SALE and may have been tried on in one of our brick and mortar stores.

Return Steps:

  • Find the paper that was included with your order (or use a blank piece of paper), and let us know your Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, and the order number.
  • If you are requesting an exchange, please include the new size and/or color you are requesting.
  • Ship your purchase back to the address below (preferably with 'Internet Return' written on the outside of the box).

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request, we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund credit to cover the label’s cost ($10.00).
  • Please click here to request your label.
  • Affix the return label on the outside of the package, and be sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label.
  • The return will be processed and credit issued or an exchange sent out within 3-5 business days after we receive the merchandise.

If you live in the Chicagoland area and would prefer to return your item(s) to our store, that is fine as well. Just bring in your receipt or order confirmation and one of our sales associates can get you taken care of and help you find another size or style in exchange if you're looking for that.
