We use our passion of shoes to give back and make a difference in our own backyard. 

 

Q: What type of shoes does Waxberg’s Share-A-Pair Shoe Drive accept?

A: New or gently used shoes for men, women and kids. Sandals, Athletic Shoes, Dress Shoes, Boots and even slippers. There needs to be a life in the pair of shoes after you’ve used them. 

Q: Do you accept anything other than shoes?

A: In addition to shoes we accept new socks for men, women and kids.  Socks go to our local partners.

Q: Where do you accept donations?

A: We accept donations at our Waxberg’s Walk Shoppe location. If you are in the WI area, you can also drop off your donations with our friends at Stan's at their following locations: Stan’s locations, Vionic Milwaukee and the two Goodmiles Running Company locations.

Q: When do you accept donations?

A: We accept donations all year-round. We celebrate our Share-A-Pair Shoe Drive in February each year and gladly provide you an added bonus with each donation made during that month.

Q: Where do my shoe donations go?

A: Many of the donations stay here in the Niles community going to the Niles Family Services and other non-profits that need shoes. We also send a number of shoes to Soles4Souls, a national non-profit that sends shoes around the world. 

Q: How can my company, church or organization participate in the Share-A-Pair Shoe Drive?

A: You can plan a Share-A-Pair Shoe Drive anytime you would like!  Please connect with us at customerservice@waxbergs.com so we can help you plan your drive and organize a pickup for Share-A-Pair.

Q: How can my non-profit become a recipient of donated Share-A-Pair shoes?

A: We are always looking for more non-profits to help. Please contact customerservice@waxbergs.com to let us know your needs and we work together to get more people in shoes!
